Welcome to Bird's Creek Public School
Located in the hamlet of Bird's Creek, five kilometres north of the town of Bancroft, Bird's Creek Public School serves approximately 130 Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 students.
Students have access to a spacious library, full-size gymnasium, well-equipped playground, technology and a beautiful Learning Commons (our multi-use space). Families are able to access North Hastings Children's Centre's before and after school programs housed within the building. The school provides a safe and healthy learning environment based on mutual respect, inclusionary practices, compassion and kindness. Staff, parents, students, school council and volunteers share the responsibilities of supporting student achievement and well-being.
Bird's Creek Public School students proceed to North Hastings High School for Grades 7 to 12.
